Gmail Data (Read-Only): We request access to view your email messages (specifically `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly`) to perform automated filtering and alerting based on system notifications.
Basic Profile Information: Email address used for authentication and authorization verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the functional purposes of the application:

To scan and parse specific system alert emails.
To trigger automated operational alerts and infrastructure status updates.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any user profiling.

3. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure (Important)

gogo-training's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we affirm that:

We do not share, transfer, or sell your Google data to any third parties.
Human interaction with your Google data is strictly prohibited unless explicitly required for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or with your explicit consent.
No AI Training: We do not use your Google data (including emails and profile information) to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) models.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely within our infrastructure. We do not store the body or contents of your emails permanently; data is processed in memory for alert evaluation and immediately discarded. Operational logs, such as mail queue log cleanups, are subject to a strict 7-day retention policy.

5. Revoking Access

You can revoke gogo-training's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account's Security settings and removing the application's access.
