Application Purpose & Google OAuth Integration
gogo-training is an internal infrastructure monitoring and alert automation platform. The application integrates with Google OAuth services to streamline system incident responses for our engineering team.
How and Why We Use Google User Data:
- Purpose of Requesting Scopes: This application requests access to specific, read-only email metadata to automatically scan and parse machine-generated system alerts and notifications.
- Automated Triggering: Once a system alert email is detected, the application automatically triggers backend scripts to update our team's operational dashboards.
- Strict Data Privacy: We only process automated system notification emails. We do not read, store, or share any personal communication, and no user data is ever transmitted to third-party services.
Note: Access to Google APIs is strictly limited to the operational functionalities described above, fully complying with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
